Shipping Policy

At Heart Signet Studio, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. As a small-batch, handcrafted business, we appreciate your patience and support.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

International Shipping — Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon delivery (Delivered Duty Unpaid / DDU). These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are not collected by Heart Signet Studio at checkout.

For orders shipped to the European Union, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and order value. Orders valued above €150 may be subject to EU customs duties. Any applicable VAT or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Heart Signet Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Heart Signet Studio is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Delays due to weather, customs, or other factors outside our control

If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@heartsignetstudio.com.
